The NARCISSISTIC LEADER is very dangerous and toxic because of the level of power he or she can attain.
In the biblical era, this type can be noticed in the name of Absalom, perhaps in the ancient literature we find people like Alcibiades, Cicero, and Emperor Nero, to name but few.
In our current world, all dictator types and tyrannical CEOs fall into this category.
If this group attains success, terrible momentum will be set in place. More people will be attracted to their leadership, which can only inflate their grandiose(Overblown, impractical, or inflated qualities.) tendencies.
That is why they are prone to burning and destroying whatever they create without knowing, even though they are highly creative and tend to organize and lure people into doing what they want.
Learning from the experiences of these NARCISSISTIC LEADERS, how can we avoid this tendency of burning and destroying whatever we created?

1). Avoid going into this deep narcissistic rage whenever anyone challenges you.
2) Try as much as you can to avoid being hypersensitive.
3). Stop deriving pleasure in stirring up constant drama to justify your power because you think you are the only one who can solve the problems you created.
4). Avoid making it mandatory that everything must flow through you. Or else, you will find it difficult to forge a coherent structure or organization.
5). Hence you liked to control everything and everyone, making them your self objects. There is the tendency that you will proclaim this as a virtue — as being authentic and spontaneous.
When in actual sense, you cannot focus and create something solid. Then, you tend to burn and destroy whatever you create.
