As an employer of work, what do you consider before hiring any employee?
Do you base your hiring on glittering resumes, intelligence, and the exuding charms?

You have to bear in mind that positive traits such as intelligence are worthless if the person is also weak or dubious.

But truly, we have to accept that this mistake most employers make is the perfect example of the blind spot in human nature.

We are poorly equipped to gauge the character of the people we deal with.
That is the reason why we quickly fall for the deceit coming out of their public image, and the reputation that precedes them, and all these easily do mesmerize us.

We are captivated by appearances. Most especially when employees surround themselves with some alluring myth, the employers would quickly jump to the conclusion of believing in it.
